Multi-type parameter monitoring can be achieved through channel programming to monitor various key parameters, such as the axial position of the shaft, equipment differential expansion, shell expansion, valve position, etc. Among them, the shell expansion monitoring function can only be realized through channels 3 and 4. The two groups of channels can be respectively configured with different monitoring functions to meet different monitoring requirements. Programmable alarm interlocking can configure alarm thresholds and danger thresholds for each channel. The module will continuously compare the monitoring parameters with the preset thresholds. Once the values exceed the limits, it will drive the alarm device and can also interlock with the interlock system to trigger protective actions such as shutdown, preventing equipment damage due to abnormal conditions. At the same time, each valid proportional value can be set as an alarm set point, and any two valid proportional values can be combined to be set as a danger set point. Each channel on the front panel of the signal buffer and protection module is equipped with a coaxial connector and has short-circuit protection function. For different sensors, there are also dedicated signal processing methods. For example, when connected to a DC linear variable differential transformer, channels 3 and 4 will perform a -10VDC level conversion. When connected to an AC linear variable differential transformer, all channels can convert the returned AC signal into a DC signal for display. Data transmission and operation and maintenance assistance support RS-232 and Ethernet communication, which can continuously transmit monitoring data to control systems such as DCS, providing equipment operation status information for operators.
