Core Functions
The sensor internally employs a vibrating block and spring-supported structure, combined with a magnet to create a magnetic field. When the measured machinery (such as a turbine or compressor) vibrates, the sensor housing vibrates accordingly, causing the measuring coil to move relative to the magnetic field.
The coil cuts magnetic field lines, generating a voltage signal proportional to the vibration velocity through electromagnetic induction.
This signal is further amplified and processed by a preamplifier to output a standardized electrical signal used to monitor the vibration status of equipment, enabling diagnosis and early warning of mechanical health conditions.
