Signal Reception and Conversion
One end connects to upper-level control devices such as PLCs and industrial controllers. After receiving digital control commands from the upper-level device, the module verifies and preprocesses the command signals to ensure they are interference-free and distortion-free. Simultaneously, it can receive relevant analog signals and convert them into digital signals to adapt to subsequent digital control processes.

Signal Amplification and Output
Since the control signals output by upper-level devices are typically low-powered and cannot directly drive large industrial actuators such as valves and motors, this module amplifies the preprocessed signals to meet the required drive power standards of the actuators. Then, according to preset output frequency and voltage parameters, the processed signal is accurately output to the corresponding actuator.

Status Feedback and Closed-Loop Collaboration
While outputting control signals, the module collects its own operating status and feedback signals from the actuators in real time. These feedback signals are transmitted back to the upper-level control system, forming a closed-loop control. If abnormal signal output or unresponsive actuators occur, the module can promptly detect and issue alarms or adjustment commands.

Harsh Environment Adaptability
Its robust structural design allows it to withstand harsh conditions such as vibration and electromagnetic interference in industrial environments. Under complex operating conditions, the internal anti-interference circuit filters out interference from external electromagnetic signals, ensuring the accuracy of signal transmission and conversion, maintaining the continuous and stable operation of the module, and avoiding control errors caused by environmental factors.
