The multi-channel alarm/interlock control provides 4 independent programmable relay outputs, which can be configured for functions such as "Warning", "Danger", and "System events", directly driving on-site alarm devices (such as sound and light alarms), equipment shutdown interlocks, or control valves and other actuating elements, to quickly respond to abnormal equipment conditions. The flexible logic configuration can program the trigger logic (such as "and/or" logic) of each relay through the 3500 rack configuration software. The input signals can come from the vibration, displacement and other monitoring modules within the 3500 system to achieve customized protection strategies. The status visualization and diagnosis front panel is equipped with LED indicator lights (OK, TX/RX communication, and alarms for each channel) to display the real-time operating status of the module. Supports hot plugging, facilitating uninterrupted system operation during maintenance. The system integration compatibility can be achieved through the 3500/92 communication gateway to access protocols such as Modbus, uploading the relay status to the DCS/PLC system to realize centralized monitoring of the industrial control system.
