Bently Nevada 176449-01 Key Features
Multi-Channel Proximity Signal Processing
This four-slot module simultaneously processes inputs from up to four Bently Nevada proximity probes. It transforms raw transducer signals into actionable machine health data, supporting diverse monitoring tasks across its channels. This capability complements systems using modules like the Bently Nevada 176449-01 for broader monitoring coverage.
Configurable Measurement Modes
Operators can program pairs of channels (1/2 and 3/4) independently to perform specific functions. Available measurements include Radial Vibration (detects imbalance/misalignment), Thrust Position (monitors axial movement), Differential Expansion (tracks casing/rotor thermal growth differences), Eccentricity, and REBAM (specialized bearing condition analysis).
Integrated Transducer Power & Buffering
The module supplies regulated -24 Vdc power directly to connected proximity probes, eliminating the need for external power sources. Each channel features a front-panel buffered output (550 Ω impedance, short-circuit protected) for diagnostics or external analysis equipment.
