Foxboro FEM100 P0973CA adopts full-channel electrical isolation design to effectively block ground loops and high-frequency noise interference, ensuring the stability of DCS controllers in complex industrial electromagnetic environments. It complies with the stringent ISA S71.04 G3 standard and tolerates vibration, dust, temperature and humidity fluctuations.
High-density expansion and flexible configuration
Through 4 independent 2 Mbps buses, a single Foxboro FEM100 P0973CA can expand 128 200 series FBMs (fieldbus modules), significantly optimizing the I/O capacity of the FCP270 controller. The modular design supports hot-swap and simplifies system upgrade and maintenance processes.
Robustness and environmental adaptability
Supports wide temperature operation from -20°C to +70°C and covers an altitude range of -300~3000m. The compact structure (depth of only 105mm) saves cabinet space and is suitable for high-density industrial rack deployment.
