Signal Scaling and Conditioning
This is one of the core functions of this module, processing a large number of analog signals read from the terminal blocks of the I/O cores R1, R2, and R3. For example, it scales and conditions 4-20mA input signals such as compressor stall detection signals and fuel flow and pressure signals, and can also process cold junction compensation signals from thermocouple inputs, ensuring signal accuracy to meet the judgment and control requirements of the control system.
Multi-Type Signal Interaction and Transmission
Targeted signal transmission is achieved through different dedicated connectors. For example, the 3PL connector can write some conditioned signals to the STCA board; the JB connector is responsible for the transmission of 4-20mA input/output signals to the JBR terminal block on the TBQC; the JE connector is specifically used for transmitting and receiving generator and line signals between the TCQC board and other components, building a signal transmission bridge between them.
