Usage instructions and precautions
The SRLY terminal board has no jumpers. The fuse usage is determined by the selection board and the common terminal connection of the relay.
The WROBH board has 6 jumper wires, which are used for controlling the power on/off of the relay; if used as a dry contact, the corresponding jumper wire or fuse needs to be removed.
The WROF board has no jumpers. By removing the fuse, the fuse voltage detection circuit can be changed to a voltage detector.
The WROGH1 board has no jumpers.
Diagnosis mechanism
The I/O package reads the terminal board information (serial number, type, version, location) through the ID chip. If it does not match the PDOA/YDOA, a hardware fault will be reported.
SRLY monitors the independent contacts of the relay to obtain feedback on the position status.
When in conjunction with WROB/WROF/WROG, the fuse status is detected through isolation voltage. An alarm is generated when there is voltage present but the fuse is open (this can be disabled in ToolboxST).
