When the synthesis tower pressure exceeds the limit or a methanol leak is detected, the module quickly issues a command to shut off the feed valve and activate the emergency pressure relief device to prevent explosions and the spread of toxic gases, ensuring production safety in the workshop.

Power Industry

In the boiler combustion control system of a thermal power plant in northern China, the T8231 power module provides stable power to the boiler burner management system. Its input/output modules are responsible for collecting digital signals such as boiler temperature and flue gas concentration. If excessive temperature or abnormal fuel supply is detected, it immediately outputs commands to adjust the burner firepower or stop fuel delivery to prevent accidents such as boiler tube rupture.

Metallurgical Industry

In the intelligent open-hearth annealing furnace system of a steel plant, the T8231 module undertakes the core control and power supply guarantee tasks. Data such as temperature and pressure inside the annealing furnace are collected, and the start-up, shutdown, and power adjustment of the heating elements are precisely controlled to ensure uniform temperature during the steel annealing process and improve steel quality. The matching power module is designed with redundancy to avoid power fluctuations that could cause interruptions in the annealing process, prevent quality defects in the steel due to insufficient annealing, and ensure the stability of metallurgical production.
