Description and Features

Core Functionality and Architecture

When used in conjunction with VM600 CMS software, it is used for data collection, analysis, and transmission to the host.

Communication with the upper computer is achieved through the VM600 series CPU M module (Ethernet) or serial link.

Input and Signal Conditioning

Highly programmable input: It can accept various dynamic or quasi-static signals such as speed, phase, vibration (acceleration, velocity, displacement), dynamic pressure, air gap, rotor/rim profile, etc.

Flexible signal source: Signals can come from adjacent protection cards (MPC 4) or be directly input externally through the screw terminals of the IOC 16T module.

Preprocessing: The IOC 16T module provides signal conditioning and EMC protection and routes the signals to the CMC 16 module.

Core Processing Capability (CMC 16 Module)

Collection and Conversion: It includes 16 programmable anti-aliasing filters and analog-to-digital converters (ADCs).

On-board Processing: The onboard processor is responsible for acquisition control, time-domain to frequency-domain conversion (FFT), band extraction, unit conversion, and limit checking.

Data Output: Each channel can output 10 types of results (such as RMS, peak value, peak-to-peak value, true peak value, gap value, Smax, etc.).

Range: Supports vibration measurement within the speed range of 15 RPM to 30,000 RPM.
