Working principle
Wide-range voltage adaptation and conversion
The module first receives the input voltage within the range of the industrial site and processes it through internal rectification and filtering circuits. It first converts the AC input to DC voltage, and then precisely regulates the voltage to stable voltages such as 24VDC and 5VDC required by the back-end control system through a voltage stabilizing circuit. At the same time, it filters out the fluctuations and electromagnetic interference in the input voltage to prevent electrical noise from affecting the precise operation of the control module.
Triple Modular Redundancy Fault-Tolerance Assurance
Its core highlight lies in the TMR architecture design. Inside the module, three independent power supply units work synchronously and compare their output states in real time. When one unit fails, the other two can immediately take over, and the system will automatically shield the signal of the faulty unit. This design significantly reduces the risk of power interruption caused by single-point failures, meeting the extremely high requirements for continuous operation of equipment in scenarios such as power generation and oil and gas.
Real-time status monitoring and fault alarm
The module is equipped with built-in temperature sensors, voltage detection and other monitoring components, continuously collecting key data such as input voltage stability, internal operating temperature, and output current. When abnormal input voltage, device overheating or power supply failure occurs, the corresponding LED indicator light will change state to alarm, and at the same time, the internal circuit will trigger protection mechanisms, such as cutting off abnormal output or switching redundant circuits, reducing the time for fault diagnosis.
