Working principle
Signal Reception and Parsing
First, receive the command signals from the DCS or the upper-level controller. These signals contain control requirements such as operating frequency and power output. The unit decodes and shapes the command signals, filters out the noise interference from the industrial site, and ensures the stability of the input signals.
Pulse Generation and Calibration
Based on the parsed instructions, the corresponding frequency and width of trigger pulses are generated through the internal oscillation circuit and timing circuit. In consideration of the characteristics of the Tyrak LCI system, the phase and amplitude of the pulses are precisely calibrated to ensure a perfect match with the conduction and turn-off timing sequence of the power devices in the load commutation inverter.
Pulse Output and Drive
The calibrated trigger pulses are precisely output to the power devices such as thyristors in the inverter, triggering these devices to conduct or turn off according to the preset timing sequence. Through the timing control of the pulses, the output voltage and current are regulated, thereby controlling the operating parameters such as the speed and torque of the motor and other terminal actuating mechanisms.
Operation status feedback
Some components with feedback functions will monitor their own pulse output status and the interaction status with downstream devices in real time. If there are any abnormal pulses or output interruptions, they will send fault signals to the upper-level control system to facilitate quick fault location.
