How to use

Installation and wiring rack installation: Insert the module into the free slot of rack 3500, avoiding slots 1 and 2, and lock the clips on both sides to ensure fixation. When connecting the output terminal of the external wiring relay to the on-site actuator, it is necessary to pay attention to the matching of contact capacity to avoid overload. For parameter configuration, open the 3500 rack configuration software, identify the modules, and configure the trigger logic (" and/or "logic) for each relay channel. The input signal can be selected from the" warning/danger "status of the vibration, displacement and other monitoring modules within the 3500 system. Set the relay action mode (" Engage in alarm "and" open in danger "), and configure the alarm delay time status monitoring and maintenance module's front panel LED indicator light: An OK light that remains constantly on indicates normal operation. A flashing TX/RX light indicates normal communication. The CHx ALARM light being on indicates that the corresponding channel has triggered an alarm. Regularly check the status of the relay contacts. You can verify whether the relay operates normally by simulating alarm signals through software. Note: The external load power must not exceed the capacity of the relay contacts; otherwise, an intermediate relay needs to be added for capacity expansion. When hot-swapping, an anti-static wristband must be worn to prevent static electricity from damaging the module circuit.
