Core Functions and Usage Methods
Core Functions
Multi-parameter Monitoring: 4 channels can simultaneously monitor parameters such as shaft displacement, differential expansion, housing expansion, and valve position. Channels 1/2 and 3/4 can be grouped and configured with different functions.
Intelligent Alarm: Supports dual-level threshold settings of "Warning/Danger," and can be configured with delay triggering and locking functions to avoid false alarms; supports TMR redundant voting mechanism to improve alarm reliability.
Data Analysis: Built-in FFT spectrum analysis and waveform capture functions can locate fault frequencies; supports historical data recording and trend analysis to assist in predictive maintenance.
Usage Method
Installation and Wiring:
Insert the module into an empty slot in the 3500 rack and lock the latch;
Connect the sensor end to an eddy current probe or other equipment, and connect the output end to a field actuator, ensuring contact capacity matching.
Parameter Configuration:
After identifying the module, configure the monitoring parameter type for each channel, set the measurement range, alarm threshold, and trigger logic.
Configure the communication protocol to upload data to the DCS/PLC system.
