Functional Role: The 3500/90 module is essentially the "actuator" of the entire 3500 protection system. When a monitoring module (such as a vibration or displacement monitoring module) detects an abnormal machine condition and issues an alarm signal, the 3500/90 module activates the corresponding relays according to pre-set logic. These relays can shut down the equipment, trigger audible and visual alarms, or transmit status signals to the factory control system, thereby preventing equipment damage and accidents.

Technical Features: Each of the module's four relay outputs is independently programmable using "alarm drive logic." Using the framework configuration software, you can configure logical conditions (AND and OR gates) based on any combination of alarms (warning or danger) from any monitor channel within the framework, making its response logic extremely flexible and powerful. The module is hot-swappable, allowing maintenance or replacement without interrupting system power, significantly improving system availability.
