The 60M100 is a complete monitoring system; unlike the 3500 protection system, it does not require assembly from multiple discrete modules.
The 60M100-00 supports eddy-current displacement probes, ICP-type acceleration/velocity vibration sensors, RTDs for temperature, and key-phasor sensors for speed. It integrates vibration, temperature, and speed data acquisition into a single device, eliminating the need to stack multiple instruments. Unlike standard detectors, it captures full time-domain waveforms, FFT spectra, and orbit plots, enabling the detection of early-stage bearing defects and gear mesh faults—identifying potential issues months in advance. It operates independently and uploads all raw waveform data via Ethernet to System 1 for advanced fault diagnostic analysis.
