Flexible configuration and redundancy adaptation: With the help of patch cords, parameters such as input signal type, current or voltage, and output current range can be flexibly configured. The signal distribution of the three-redundant system is achieved through connectors. The input signal can be split to three input and output components, and the output summarizes the current of the three driving components and regulates it. It also supports single-channel redundant connection, adapting to the control requirements of different safety levels.
Fault Diagnosis and Protection: It is equipped with an output circuit diagnosis function, which can monitor the operating status of the output channel in real time. If a fault that cannot be cleared by processor instructions occurs, the self-disconnecting relay in the input and output components will disconnect the corresponding output channel to prevent the fault from expanding. At the same time, the short-circuit protection function of the power supply circuit can also prevent the board card from being damaged due to circuit short circuits, enhancing the reliability of equipment operation.
