How to install and operation

Preparation and Fixed Installation Plate

Ensure that the TRPG is firmly installed.

Fix the installation plate on the upper position above the TRPG.

Key safety steps: The installation plate must be connected to the chassis ground (FE/field ground) to reduce the risk of electric shock.

Install PSFD

Use the threaded column on the device shell to mechanically fix the PSFD to the installation plate.

The threaded column will slide into the bracket on the installation plate for fixation.

Connect Cables

High-voltage connection: Use a 335V DC cable to connect the 2x2 connector (P2) on the PSFD to the interface (J3, J4 or J5) on the TRPG.

Power connection: Connect the 28V DC power supply to the 1x3 connector (P1) on the side of the PSFD to power it.

Note: This connector has a built-in soft-start function, which can suppress the current shock during power-on. Therefore, theoretically, the connection can be plugged in without disconnecting the cable power supply, but for safety reasons, it is usually recommended to operate in a power-off environment.
