Serving as the "nerve interface" of the gas turbine control system, this module processes analog signals from devices such as pressure sensors, temperature probes, and flow meters. Through high-precision analog-to-digital conversion (up to ±0.1% F.S.), these signals are converted into digital signals for use in control system decision-making.
- System Interconnection Hub
Provides 32 analog input channels, supporting industrial-standard 4-20mA/0-10V signals.
Integrates 8 isolated analog outputs for driving actuators (such as valves and inverters).
Communicates with the Mark VIe controller in real time via Ethernet/IP (transmission latency <5ms).
- Safety Control Assurance
Built-in fault diagnostics provide real-time detection of abnormal conditions such as signal disconnection and over-range. A redundant power supply design (dual 24VDC inputs) ensures continuous and reliable operation in industrial environments.
