Typical cooperation cases

An olefin factory in Southeast Asia: IPC704 is used for process control of ethylene polymerization reactors. The temperature distribution in the reactor is monitored through 4 RTD inputs, and 2 4-20mA outputs are used to adjust the cooling water valve and heating steam valve respectively. The high-precision PID algorithm of IPC704 reduces the temperature fluctuation from ±1.2℃ to ±0.3℃, and the uniformity of the molecular weight distribution of the reaction product is improved by 15%, with an annual increase of about 800 tons;

A European biopharmaceutical company: In the vaccine fermentation tank monitoring system, IPC704 is linked to the SCADA system through the RS485 interface to synchronously collect pH value, stirring speed and tank pressure.
