Receiving control instructions: Firstly, the upper-level control system (such as the main control board of PLC or frequency converter) will issue precise switching signals according to the process requirements.

Signal isolation and amplification: After receiving these weak control signals, the MV-GDR module will immediately perform two key operations: one is electrical isolation, which separates the strong and weak electricity to protect the core controller from high-voltage impact; the other is power amplification, which enhances the signal to a level sufficient to drive large power devices (such as IGBT).

Precise drive power devices: The amplified drive signal (with a switching speed of the order of nanoseconds) is used to control the rapid turn-on and turn-off of IGBT or MOSFET. This process forms the basis for achieving frequency conversion of electrical energy.

Real-time monitoring and protection: During the operation, the module continuously monitors voltage, current and temperature. In case of overvoltage, overcurrent or short circuit and other abnormalities, it will immediately trigger the built-in protection mechanism, such as blocking the pulse output and alarming the system, thereby protecting the expensive power devices and the entire equipment from damage.
