The specific replacement steps are as follows:

Preparation: First, ensure the cabinet is completely powered off and the capacitors are discharged for at least 5 minutes. Engineers must wear anti-static gloves.

The first step is to remove the old circuit board. Remember to hold the board with both hands while holding the top and bottom plates. Use professional tools to remove the screws, pull it out horizontally and straight, and then place it in an anti-static bag.

Step 2: When installing the new board, ensure there are no bumps or knocks, and that the version is consistent with the old board. Align the new board with the VME slot in the rack and push it in straight, ensuring it's fully inserted without any misalignment. Tighten the top and bottom screws to secure it.

Step 3: With the power off, test the DS200IPCSG1A. Compare the new board's six fine-tuning screws to the original board's markings and reset them to the nearest position.
