The DS3800NVMB1A1A is a standard VME64 single-width board featuring through-hole industrial components and a thickened, high-temperature-resistant FR-4 substrate. It incorporates multiple independent voltage-sampling circuits capable of detecting voltage anomalies with millisecond-level response times, independent of CPU processing. The board includes onboard hardware fault-latching indicators for intuitive fault diagnosis without the need for a host computer and supports online hot-swapping.

Note: The Mark V redundant cabinet allows for the removal of a single-channel board for maintenance.

Maintenance Points:

After replacement, perform a full system power-on self-test; retrieve voltage sampling curves at the engineering station—readings for all six channels must fall within ±3% of the rated value to be considered acceptable.

Store spare units in a temperature-controlled, dry environment and power them on for one hour every six months to prevent capacitor aging.

During annual maintenance, remove all NVMBs to clean terminals and re-verify sampling accuracy; record and archive voltage deviation data.
