VIBRO METER(Meggitt) TQ401 is proximity transducer, The complete measurement chain must consist of three components:TQ401 probe + EA401 extension coaxial cable + IQS900 signal conditioner (which replaces the older IQS450 model)
TQ401 is an API 670-compliant, 5 mm-diameter eddy-current proximity probe. When paired with an EA401 extension cable and an IQS900/IQS450 signal conditioner, it forms a complete measurement chain. With a 2 mm measurement range, it is used to monitor shaft vibration and shaft displacement. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 180°C, supports explosion-proof configurations, and is primarily used for the protection and condition monitoring of rotating machinery, such as steam turbines and compressors.
