How to installation
First, fix the plastic mounting base on the DIN guide rail of the control cabinet, then slide the DRTD terminal board into the mounting base until it is locked. This method ensures mechanical stability and is also convenient for future disassembly or replacement.
Wiring connection: Use 36-pin European block connectors (fixed permanently to the terminal board) to directly connect the wires of 8 RTDs to the corresponding terminals.
Wiring requirements
Cable specification: Use 18 AWG shielded twisted pair cables to achieve the best noise resistance and signal accuracy.
Terminal allocation
25–34 terminals: Backup terminals, used for subsequent expansion or maintenance.
35–36 terminals: SCOM (Signal Common/Earth) connection. Grounding requirements: The ground wire must be connected at the shortest distance to reduce noise and ensure signal integrity.
