Signal acquisition and isolation: Receive 24 discrete input signals from on-site equipment (such as switch status, limit feedback, safety interlock), and filter out high-frequency and ground loop interference through a group isolation circuit to ensure accurate transmission of signals to the controller.

Instruction output and drive: Convert the logical operation results of the controller into 12-channel relay outputs, and directly drive the on-site electromagnetic valves, contactors, indicator lights and other control devices.

System redundancy and protection: In critical control applications, it operates in conjunction with the TMR (Triple Module Redundancy) architecture. The system simultaneously uses three board cards or channels to process the same signal. Even if one of them fails, the system can seamlessly switch and ensure the safe operation of the turbine machinery.
