SC-TCMX01 Provides a full set of 28 onboard I/O terminals (AI, AO, DI, DO, and pulse input). And provides external interfaces for network and serial communication.

Features a slot for installing the SC-PCMX01 (CPU main control board/CPM).

It also provides an I/O expansion bus interface for connecting external expansion I/O modules.

The SC-PCMX01 main control board must be inserted into the SC-TCMX01 base unit; the two components must be securely mated to form a complete, operational RTU2020 controller.

While the RTU2020 is widely used in the oil and gas industry—covering applications such as onshore wellheads, long-distance pipelines (e.g., West-to-East Gas Pipeline, refined oil lines), gathering and transmission stations, small processing skids, and tank farms—it is also utilized in other sectors. These include the water and hydraulic engineering industries; utility infrastructure such as distribution network switching stations and small substations (for remote signaling and telemetry); remote monitoring for photovoltaic and wind power sites; and public utility applications like district heating networks, urban heating branch lines, and thermal valve stations.
